General information and security
The entire facility has been approved by TÜV Austria and certified by the ERCA (European Ropes Course Association), and built in accordance with the European standard EN 15567 for high ropes courses. Only trained employees and certified high rope climbing garden guides with the appropriate experience work at our climbing garden.
For its 10th anniversary in 2016, the high ropes course became even safer and thus the only climbing course in Vienna and the surrounding area with the SafteyLine safety system which complies with the highest safety level E of the European standard EN 15567 for high ropes courses. Accidental (or intentional) removal is not possible with the SafetyLine!
The SafetyLine only offers advantages for visitors:
- 100% continuous security system
- simple logical application
- Possibility to overtake
- low weight, good ergonomics of the carabiners
- quick and easy way to get out (rescue)!
Safety is our top priority! However, we can only guarantee safe operation if all visitors adhere to our safety guidelines. Children and adolescents up to 14 years require the signature of their legal representative. Participants aged 14 and over are allowed to sign the Conditions of Participation form by themselves.
